i had a fab time with rent the runway and the chicago blogger network this am. myself and chicago bloggers: jill from juncture, liz from sequins & stripes, and sara from project soiree modeled looks from rent the runway on the wgn morning show. i was in a full-on-glam badgley mischka. watch here

sorry i was away = alabama for t-giving and atlanta for black friday and wedding dress shopping! major deals. we went straight to the outlets and last call: i tried to shop small too, and picked up the full skirt dress and belt from a little boutique in alabama (silhouette boutique). can’t wait to

i love to host – are you surprised? sunday we all got together for friendsgiving. here’s how i tried to make it special on a budget! chalk stencil – i don’t have enough confidence in my free hand, so i just taped up large stencil letters and then added a little scroll accent.
